Who qualifies for home health care?
Individuals who have medical necessities and need care after hospitalization and are homebound. Anyone can make a request for a home health evaluation. All nursing and therapy services are provided under a physician’s care.
What services are provided?
Amistad Homecare, Inc. offers a variety of services led by our professional team who are certified in Lymphedema and Wound Care. We have a caring staff of in-house registered nurses and physical therapists who can provide the necessary therapy, skilled care, and education our patients need.
